Personal data you provide

When you request a free estimate or contact us through our website, we ask for information you give us directly:

• Contact details. First and last name, email address, and phone number.
• ZIP code. Optional — used only to confirm you are within our service area.
• Your request. The reason you are contacting us, your preferred contact method (call, text, or email), the services you are interested in, and any optional notes about your project (up to 2,000 characters).

Usage data & security processing

We automatically process a limited amount of technical data to keep our website and contact form secure:

• IP address. Processed to prevent spam and abuse of our contact form through rate limiting (5 submissions per IP address every 24 hours).
• Ephemeral storage. Rate-limiting counters are kept in a secure Cloudflare KV store with a 24-hour expiration. They are deleted automatically and are never linked to your name or contact details.
• Security cookies only. We do not use analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived security token to confirm you are not a bot.

We use the personal data collected through our website to:

• Respond to you. Reply to your estimate request or question using the contact method you prefer, and send you a one-time confirmation email that we received your message.
• Prevent abuse. Detect and block automated or fraudulent form submissions.
• Deliver services. If you book a project with us, keep the information needed to schedule and perform the work and to maintain records of the job.

We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails or text messages. If you choose text message as your preferred contact method, we will text you only about your request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

We share your personal data only with the providers needed to run our website and respond to you:

• Resend (email delivery). Delivers your form submission (name, email, phone, ZIP code, and project details) to our inbox, and sends your confirmation email. Privacy Policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy (opens in new tab)
• Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting & security). Hosts our website and images, and processes IP addresses through Turnstile and our rate-limiting system to block malicious traffic. Privacy Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy (opens in new tab)
• Google LLC (customer reviews). We display public reviews from our Google Business Profile. Reviewer profile photos load directly from Google, so Google may receive your IP address and browser information when you view them. Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy (opens in new tab)

Our website may link to other sites, such as our Facebook page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

• Inquiry data. We do not keep an ongoing marketing database. Your contact details are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or for the life of your project if you become a customer.
• Security data. IP addresses processed for rate limiting are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• Legal obligations. We may keep certain records longer where required by South Carolina or Georgia law, for example for tax purposes or to resolve a warranty or service claim.

Wherever you are located, we honor the following rights for anyone who contacts us:

• Access & correction. You may ask to see or correct the information you submitted to us.
• Deletion. You may ask us to delete your contact information from our records, unless we are required to keep it for an active project or a legal obligation.
• No sale of data. We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising — and never have.
• Consent. We only use your contact information for the purposes described here, based on the consent you give by submitting our form.

Our website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections, and our contact form is protected by bot verification, origin checks, and rate limiting. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

Our website is not directed at anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal data to us, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
